- Supply of computer stationery, desktops and related consumables.
- Provision of catering services.
- Provision of Transport and other related services.
- Supply of general office stationery & related consumables.
- Office furniture and related consumables.
- Provision of tents,PA address system and DJ services.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate The person/company MUST NOT be debarred by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Provide Statement/Declaration)
- Copy of the current trade license
- Company Profile
- Valid AGPO Certificate for reserved Groups.
- For the provision of outside catering services, bidders MUST avail a certificate of health for food handling issues by the County Government.
Additionally, suppliers shall be expected to provide documentary proof of their capability in the respective areas of application. In this case, documents detailing the necessary qualifications, experience, resources, equipment, facilities, and proof of membership to a professional body where relevant should be attached.
