Karimi Janet, an LLB Degree Holder from Kenyatta University made history as the 11th president of the All Kenyan Moot Court Competition (AKMCC) who forged a partnership between Kenyatta University and the Supreme Court of Kenya which was recognized by the Hon. Lady Chief Justice Martha Koome recently.
She is currently a Trainee Advocate at The Kenya School of Law. Karimi stands as a formidable advocate against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and firmly believes in zero tolerance for GBV, echoing this conviction in both her legal and advocacy work. With a blend of legal acumen, leadership, and a strong voice against injustice, Karimi Janet is a force to be reckoned with in the pursuit of a more just and equal society.
